Choosing a Radio
This package features a number of radio options. We've listed the biggest differentiators of each radio below:
- Uniden 510 - A rock solid, super reliable CB with a basic feature set
- Uniden 520 - Just like the 510, but with the option to hook up a PA horn
- Cobra 29 LTD - The most popular full-sized CB ever. Extremely reliable with a full feature set.
Choosing a Ford Mount
We offer 7 different Ford specific mounts. Pick the one that is compatible with your make and model:
- 1997-2009 F150
- 2010+ F150
- 1999-2009 F250 & F350
- 2010 F350 & 2010-2011 F250

Choosing an Antenna Length
The longer your antenna, the better your CB system will perform. So we recommend using the longest antenna you possibly can! Here are the approximate ranges you'll can expect to get with a 3' or 4' antenna:
- 3' Long - 3 to 4 miles
- 4' Long - 4 to 6 miles
